Organization. A well-established Lahore-based company is seeking applications for the position of Manager Administration and Human Resources. Eligibility Criteria. Retired Colonel C3I from the Pakistan Army or Equivalent. Minimum 5 years of post-retirement experience in Administration, Human Resources, Security Management, and General Affairs. Proven experience in managing administrative operations, personnel matters, regulatory compliance, and organizational discipline. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to coordinate with government departments, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities. Oversee all Administration and HR functions of the company. Develop and implement HR policies, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations programs. Manage security, transport, fleet management, and general administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Lead discipline committees and maintain a productive work environment. Age Limit. Preferably 50 - 60 years. Compensation. Market-competitive salary package and benefits will be offered.
