Minimum 5 years of post-retirement experience in Administration Human Resources Security Management and General Affairs. Proven experience in managing administrative operations personnel matters regulatory compliance organizational discipline. Strong leadership communication interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and report writing. Ability to coordinate with government departments regulatory authorities external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities. Oversee all Administration and HR functions. Develop implement HR policies recruitment performance management employee relations programs. Manage security transport facility management general administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies. Lead disciplinary matters maintain productive work environment.
