Major Responsibilities. SME Batch - Achieve business targets and ensure balanced portfolio growth across SME Corporate and SBP schemes. Acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships. Identify opportunities, structure financing, and manage credit proposals. Drive cross-sell of banks products and generate funded non-funded business. Conduct regular customer visits and ensure timely collections. Trade Batch - Drive trade sales by onboarding new customers and strengthening existing relationships. Promote cross-sell and generate business through internal coordination. Conduct customer visits, manage pipeline, and submit visit reports. Maintain customer service quality, complaint resolution, and timely servicing. Ensure training participation and timely dissemination of trade updates. Agriculture Credits Batch - Promote and achieve Agri credit products as per assigned targets in coordination with respective functions for end to end process completion. Manage recovery and collection of assigned portfolio. Conduct stock visit inspections and submit reports. Manage renewal review of credit facilities. Maintain proper records and file management. Trade Batch Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Multan, Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Peshawar. Agriculture Credits Batch Lahore, Islamabad Rawalpindi, Multan, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Hyderabad. Eligibility Criteria. Qualification Minimum Bachelors degree 16 years of education or equivalent in Business-related discipline from an HEC-recognized local foreign institute. Specialization Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration Management, Marketing or relevant field. In addition to the mentioned disciplines, candidates having specialization qualification related to Agriculture will have advantage for Agri Batch. CGPA Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 or 75% marks or equivalent. Age Up to 27 years on application deadline. Experience Minimum 6 Months. Important Note. a.
