Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals through EPADS System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible bidders for Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Waste Treatment System (Package No. 21) on DAP Basis for Establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (FGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad. Applicable Rules: PPRA Rules 2004 (amended upto date). Estimated Cost: Approximately 70 Million PKR. Bid Security: 1,400,000.00 PKR. Bid Validity: 180 Days. Bidding Procedure: SSTE. Bidding Method: Open Competitive Bidding. All interested bidders required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation. Technical Proposals submitted on EPADS on or before 15th July 2026, no later than 04:00 PM. Technical Proposals opened same day at 04:30 PM.
