PAKISTAN RED CRESCENT SOCIETY TENDER NOTICE. REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI). CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PRCS HEALTH & WASH STRATEGY 2026-2030. Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), a leading humanitarian organization auxiliary to the public authorities, invites Expressions of Interest from reputed consulting firms with a strong track record to develop a realistic PRCS Health & WASH Strategy (2026–2030). The scope includes but is not limited to a situational analysis, review of existing programs and donor consultations, emergency preparedness review, development of a strategic framework with implementation roadmap, MEAL system, and high-level costing. To submit a written request on their official letterhead or request for the tender documents via email to procurement@prcs.org.pk or from Brightspy.
