PESCO Invitation to E-Bid for Procurement of Computer Stationery Items and Computer Media Items for MIS PESCO

Peshawar Electricity Supply Company PESCO has reserved Funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. PESCO intends to apply part of proceeds of this Fund to cover eligible payments under contract for PESCO E-PADS Tender No MM-05 E-PADS Tender No P5727 Tender Description Procurement of Computer Stationery Items for MIS PESCO E-PADS Tender No P6498 Procurement of Computer Media Items for MIS PESCO. PESCO invites E-bids from eligible Bidders for procurement of goods described in bidding documents on EPADS v2.0. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount described in Bid Security Section in Bidding Document in form of Call at Deposit Bank Guarantee issued from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of CEO PESCO Peshawar. Those vendors who wish to submit their bids the covering letter must be submitted in sealed envelope at Room No 311 PESCO HQ Shami Road Peshawar on or before bid closing time failing which bid shall be considered non-responsive and rejected. E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions specifications quantities and requirements etc are available on E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS v2.0 Bids will be submitted through EPADS only. Manual submission of Bids shall not be entertained. Bids will be submitted on EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday July 29 2026 10:00 AM. E-Bids will be opened using E-PADS v2.0 on same day at Wednesday July 29 2026 10:30 AM. In terms of Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004 Grievance Redressal Committee constituted. The bids having Conditional Bids partial incomplete documents and not submitted the Sealed Original CDR Bank Guarantee as Bid Security and Samples shall be rejected.
