📌 Eligibility / Qualification

Deputy Assistant Director (Office-in-Charge)

16 years of HEC-verified education in:

Management

Business Administration

Computer Science

Information Technology

Or equivalent qualification in a related field

Minimum 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA.

Degrees must be attested by HEC.

Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator)

Intermediate or equivalent qualification.

Naib Qasid (Messenger)

Middle pass.

📌 Age Limit

Deputy Assistant Director (Office-in-Charge): Maximum 30 Years

Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator): Maximum 25 Years

Naib Qasid (Messenger): Maximum 40 Years

Experience

Deputy Assistant Director (Office-in-Charge): Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.

Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator): Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.

Naib Qasid (Messenger): Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Only candidates who are residents of the concerned Tehsil (Malakwal), as verified through CNIC/Domicile, are eligible to appear for the test and interview.

Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period, which may be extended based on performance.

NADRA reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

Candidates must bring original personal, educational, and professional documents at the time of the test.

The prescribed age limit already includes 5 years of general age relaxation. No further age relaxation will be granted.

Only shortlisted candidates who qualify in the test will be called for an interview.

Government and semi-government employees must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test.

HEC-attested degree certificates and relevant educational board certificates must be presented during the interview.

Failure to provide the required documents at any stage will result in disqualification.

Selected candidates must provide medical fitness and character certificates.

Appointments are being made for a specific location; requests for transfer will not be entertained.

Mobile phones, smartwatches, and all other electronic devices are strictly prohibited during the test and interview.

No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.

Women, minorities, transgender persons, and differently-abled individuals are encouraged to apply.

Selected candidates will not have any right to permanent appointment, and the appointment will not be regularized.
