1. Hospital Director

IPS: 11

Salary: Rs. 1.7 million – Rs. 2.2 million

No. of Posts: 01

📌 Age Limit: 35–55 years

📌 Qualification & Experience:

MBBS from a PM&DC-recognized institution with valid PM&DC registration.

Administrative qualification and experience will be preferred.

2. Medical Director

Salary: Rs. 1.7 million – Rs. 2.2 million

No. of Posts: 01

📌 Age Limit: 40–65 years

📌 Qualification & Experience:

MBBS from a PM&DC-recognized institution with valid PM&DC registration.

Experience in Oncology or Specialty Care Hospitals will be preferred.

3. Director Finance

Salary: Rs. 1.5 million – Rs. 2.0 million

No. of Posts: 01

📌 Age Limit: 35–55 years

📌 Qualification & Experience:

Professional accounting qualification such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) with FCA or FCMA designation may also be considered.

Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, corporate finance, or public finance.

At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a large organization.

Experience in the healthcare sector will be preferred.

4. Director Nursing

IPS: 10

Salary: Rs. 1.5 million – Rs. 2.0 million

No. of Posts: 01

📌 Age Limit: 40–65 years

📌 Qualification & Experience:

BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) or equivalent qualification recognized by PNMC with valid registration; OR

3-year Diploma in General Nursing + 1-year Diploma in Midwifery for females; OR

1-year Specialty Program for males + 2-year Post RN BSN.

At least 5 years of leadership experience in a senior nursing position.

Administrative qualification and experience will be preferred.

Experience in Oncology or Specialty Care Hospitals will be preferred.

📌 Eligibility & Important Requirements

Selection Process
