📌 Eligibility & Professional Skills

Instructor Hospitality & Tourism: Candidates should have relevant knowledge of hospitality operations, hotel and restaurant operations, CBT methodology, CBA, and strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Instructor Information Technology: Relevant skills include software development methodologies, modern web frameworks and development tools, database design and administration, networking and cybersecurity fundamentals, and strong communication skills.

Instructor Agribusiness: Candidates should be able to deliver competency-based agriculture training, prepare lesson plans and practical schedules, conduct theory/practical and field sessions, and supervise inventory and equipment use.

Junior Instructor Hospitality & Tourism: Basic hotel operations, food production and service, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and basic MS Office skills are required.

Junior Instructor Information Technology: Duties include assisting with theoretical and practical IT training, laboratory sessions, coding exercises, technical demonstrations, lesson plans, assignments, assessments and projects.

Junior Instructor Agribusiness: Duties include supporting practical agriculture training, preparing laboratories/workshops and agricultural fields, assisting in assessments and maintaining trainee records.

Shop Assistant: Shop Assistants will support instructors during practical training by arranging and issuing tools, equipment, utensils and training materials and maintaining inventory and stock records.

Job Type

All positions are project-based appointments for two years according to the Project Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The engagement does not create any right to permanent recruitment or regularization.

Application Process

Candidates must:

Visit the ETEA website and create a profile.

Print the E-Sahulat token and get the CNIC number verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/Kiosk before applying or depositing the fee.

Apply online through the prescribed application form.

After submission, print the generated deposit slip containing the token number, project code and personal information.

Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa app/agent or any UBL Bank branch.

Keep the original fee deposit slip with the required bank stamp.

Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying. Candidates who qualify the screening test will provide documents when required for scrutiny.
