Manager Security

The Manager Security position requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably First Division, along with retirement at the minimum rank of Major or equivalent from the armed forces/police services and at least 3 years’ experience as Security Incharge in a leading institution or organization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for security management, risk assessment, precautionary measures, and development and implementation of security policies, procedures and SOPs.

The contract will initially be for 3 years, extendable subject to approval of the Board of Governors. Salary is negotiable.

Registered Nurse (IPS-04)

Candidates may qualify through the specified nursing diploma/post-RN pathway or BSc Generic Nursing pathway. Current registration and license to practice with the Pakistan Nursing Council/PNMC is required.

Candidates must be computer and English literate. Preference will be given to candidates with more than one year of full-time ICU experience in a recognized institution. 10 positions are designated for ICU preference.

Midwives

Candidates must have a Diploma in Midwifery from a recognized institution and valid PNMC registration, along with 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in midwifery/obstetric care.

Preference will be given to candidates having BSN qualification, where applicable.

The contract will initially be for 6 months, extendable subject to approval of the Board of Governors. Salary is negotiable.

Security Guard – Female

The position requires SSC, preferably First Division, with higher qualification preferred. Relevant experience in a reputable organization will be preferred.

Physical requirements include:

Minimum height: 5 feet

Eyesight: 6/12, correctable to 6/6

Physical test: 1.6 km walk in 15 minutes

For retired personnel, maximum age is 45 years

Only candidates who qualify the initial physical test will proceed to the next stage.

Janitors

Both male and female candidates can apply. Candidates may be illiterate, although primary literacy is preferred. A valid registration card issued by the Employment Exchange Registration Office is required.

Selection Procedure

Shortlisting will be based on screening test, educational qualifications and relevant experience, where applicable.

A minimum of 70% interview marks is required for passing.

Aggregate interview marks will be considered.

The Selection Committee will recommend candidates according to merit, including pre-interview and interview marks.

Final offer letters will be issued by the competent authority to recommended candidates.

Contract & Employment Terms

All positions are on a contract basis and are governed by the KP MTI Act 2015, MTI rules and regulations, applicable policies and amendments.

Appointments will be made on the Institutional Pay Scale (IPS) under the AMTI Uniform IPS Contract 2026 Policy, with a Contributory Provident Fund (CPF), subject to applicable rules and annual performance evaluation.

The selected candidate will remain on probation for one year.

Candidates employed in government, semi-government or autonomous organizations must apply through proper channel with a valid NOC.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, and original documents must be presented at the interview.

Experience should be from HEC-approved/registered institutes, firms or organizations.
