The Information Technology & Innovation Department (IT&I Department), Government of the Punjab is the provincial authority responsible for promoting digital transformation, e-governance, innovation, and emerging technologies across Punjab. The department develops technology-driven initiatives to improve public service delivery, strengthen the digital economy, and equip citizens with future-ready skills.

Under its flagship development initiative, the Punjab Frontier Tech Skills Acceleration & ICT for Girls Project, the department aims to deliver LMS-based online training programs focused on frontier technologies, digital inclusion, and ICT education for girls. The project is designed to enhance digital literacy, promote innovation, and accelerate sustainable economic growth throughout the province.

The Information Technology & Innovation Department, Government of the Punjab has announced multiple contract-based career opportunities for highly qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced professionals holding Punjab domicile. Recruitment will be made under the Punjab Frontier Tech Skills Acceleration & ICT for Girls Project for an initial period of three (03) years, extendable in accordance with government rules and project requirements.

Project Director / Program Head | PPS-11 | 01 Post | Maximum Age: 55 Years | Salary: Rs. 796,000 per month

Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) | PPS-10 | 01 Post | Maximum Age: 55 Years | Salary: Rs. 437,000 per month

Manager Finance & Accounts | PPS-10 | 01 Post | Maximum Age: 55 Years | Salary: Rs. 437,000 per month

Manager Procurement & Contracts | PPS-10 | 01 Post | Maximum Age: 55 Years | Salary: Rs. 437,000 per month

Assistant Manager IT & Data | PPS-09 | 01 Post | Maximum Age: 40 Years | Salary: Rs. 306,000 per month

Project Assistant | PPS-06 | 02 Posts | Maximum Age: 30 Years | Salary: Rs. 105,000 per month

📌 Eligibility Criteria

Project Director / Program Head

📌 Qualification

Master's Degree in Business, Public Policy, Project Management, Economics, or a related discipline.

Experience

10–15 years of relevant experience in program or project management.

Experience managing large-scale public sector development projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

📌 Qualification

Master's Degree in Information Technology, PMP, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience in monitoring & evaluation, reporting, project management, and data analysis.

Manager Finance & Accounts

📌 Qualification

CA, ACCA, MBA, BBA, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.

Knowledge of Government financial procedures and reporting will be preferred.

Manager Procurement & Contracts

📌 Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, CA, ACCA, or a related field.

Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience.

Sound knowledge of Punjab PPRA Rules, procurement procedures, and contract management.

Assistant Manager IT & Data

📌 Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience

4–6 years of experience in data management, dashboards, analytics tools, database systems, and IT infrastructure.

Project Assistant

📌 Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience.

Good command of computer applications and office software.

Project Duration

Initial appointment will be made on a contract basis for three (03) years.

The contract may be extended according to project requirements and Government of Punjab policies.

Selection will be made through the following stages:
