The Information Technology & Innovation Department (IT&I Department), Government of the Punjab is responsible for driving digital transformation, innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology-based economic development across the province. The department formulates and implements policies that promote emerging technologies, digital inclusion, startup ecosystems, and public sector innovation.

Under its flagship project, "Innovate Punjab – Leaders of Frontier Tech Incubators," the department aims to establish Frontier Technology Incubation Centres in Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Bahawalpur, and Gujranwala. The project is designed to foster entrepreneurship, strengthen industry-academia collaboration, support technology-driven startups, and accelerate sustainable economic growth across Punjab.

The Information Technology & Innovation Department, Government of the Punjab has announced multiple contract-based job opportunities for highly qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced professionals holding Punjab domicile. Recruitment will be made under the Innovate Punjab – Leaders of Frontier Tech Incubators project for an initial period of three years, extendable according to project requirements and government policy.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

Project Director / Program Head

📌 Qualification

Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Project Management, Public Policy, or a related field.

Experience

10–15 years of relevant experience in program/project management, entrepreneurship ecosystems, or large-scale development projects.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Manager Operations

📌 Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in operations management or program execution.

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Manager Partnerships & Investment

📌 Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience in investment, partnerships, fundraising, or business development.

Experience in the startup ecosystem will be preferred.

Manager Communications & Outreach

📌 Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in branding, communications, public relations, content development, and outreach activities.

Manager Monitoring & Evaluation

📌 Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience in monitoring & evaluation, data analysis, performance reporting, and project assessment.

Manager Finance & Accounts

📌 Qualification

CA, ACCA, ACMA, MBA Finance, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in finance and accounts.

Knowledge of public sector financial management and reporting procedures will be preferred.

Manager Procurement & Contracts

📌 Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, CA, ACCA, or a related field.

Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience.

Sound knowledge of PPRA Rules, procurement procedures, and contract management.

Manager Startup Programs

📌 Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in startup incubation, acceleration programs, business development, innovation management, or entrepreneurship ecosystems.

IT Data Assistant Manager

📌 Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience

4–6 years of relevant experience in data management, dashboards, reporting systems, and analytics tools.

Admin & HR Officer

📌 Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

4–6 years of relevant experience in administration, human resources, office management, and organizational coordination.

Project Duration

Initial appointment will be made on a three-year contract.

The contract may be extended according to project requirements and Government of Punjab policies.
