The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan has announced contract-based career opportunities for Pakistani Nationals under various PSDP-funded development projects. The vacancies include positions in project management, law, accounts, administration and support services.
A total of 9 positions are available with monthly project pay packages ranging from Rs. 40,700 to Rs. 398,130.

Law Officer | PPS-08 | 01 | Overseas Scholarship for Ph.D in Selected Fields (Phase-III) – HEC | Punjab: 01; Max Age: 50 Years | LLB or equivalent from HEC-recognized University/Institution with 5 years' experience as a practicing lawyer in services/corporate law. Good verbal and written communication skills and MS Office proficiency required. | Salary: Rs. 295,320/month
Project Manager | PPS-08 | 01 | Ph.D Scholarship Program under US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor (Phase-I) | Merit: 01; Max Age: 50 Years | Master's/Bachelor's Degree (16 years) or equivalent, at least 2nd Division, from HEC-recognized University/Institution with minimum 5 years' public/private sector experience, including 3 years at managerial/supervisory level. MS Office and MS Project proficiency compulsory. | Salary: Rs. 295,320/month
Project Manager | PPS-07 | 02 | Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme (Phase-III) – HEC | Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 01; Punjab: 01; Max Age: 40 Years | Master's/Bachelor's Degree (16 years) or equivalent, at least 2nd Division, from HEC-recognized University/Institution with minimum 5 years' relevant experience, including 2 years' mid-level management experience after final degree in public/private sector organizations. MS Office and MS Project proficiency required. | Salary: Rs. 212,630/month
Project Accountant | PPS-07 | 01 | Faculty Development Program for Pakistani Universities – HEC | Sindh (Urban): 01; Max Age: 40 Years | MBA (Finance), M.Com or CMA (16 years education), at least 2nd Division, from HEC-recognized University/Institution with 3 years' experience in a reputable public/private sector organization, including 1 year of mid-level management experience after final degree. | Salary: Rs. 212,630/month
Office Assistant | PPS-05 | 02 | Faculty Development Program for Pakistani Universities – HEC / Ph.D Scholarship Program under US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor (Phase-I) | Sindh (Rural): 01; Punjab: 01; Max Age: 40 Years | Graduation (14 years), at least 2nd Division, from HEC-recognized University/Institution with 2 years' work experience in a reputable public/private sector organization. Advanced use of MS Office is required. | Salary: Rs. 94,500/month
Attendant | PPS-01 | 01 | Ph.D Scholarship Program under US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor (Phase-I) | Local Based; Max Age: 35 Years | Matriculation with 1 year relevant experience. | Salary: Rs. 40,700/month

Applicants must meet the prescribed qualification and experience requirements for the relevant position.
Experience will only be counted if it was obtained after acquiring the minimum required qualification.
The following experience will not be counted:
Part-time experience
Honorary experience
Apprenticeship
Internship/internee experience undertaken as part of studies
Candidates already serving in Government should apply through the proper channel.
Five years of general age relaxation are already included in the specified age limits. Further age relaxation will be provided according to Government rules.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

Tests will be conducted at the nearest possible location of candidates among:
Islamabad/Rawalpindi
Karachi
Lahore
Quetta
Peshawar
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
