Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila invites bids for auction/disposal of approximately 15,000 tons of Silica Sand (Less Slag & Iron / Ferrous / Non Ferrous Scrap) vide Tender Notice No. HMC-19/2026. Interested parties can inspect the material at HMC premises during working hours. Bids must be submitted along with earnest money of Rs. 5,000,000/- in the shape of pay order/demand draft in favor of HMC. Sealed bids will be received till 13-05-2026 up to 1400 hours and will be opened on the same day at 1430 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The highest bidder will be required to deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot and the balance within 7 days.
