Regional Directorate Anti-Narcotics Force Sindh requires the services of energetic and hard-working Advocates purely on contract basis. Posts. 1x Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor for dealing the drug cases especially in High Courts, Supreme Court and only Lower Courts on requirement basis in over all Karachi region, as well as will render expert legal advice opinion in over all matters of department. Retainer Ship Rs 150,000. 1x Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor at Karachi especially for Assets AMLA 2010 to for Trial Courts. Retainer Ship Rs 125,000. Details. Special Public Prosecutor Legal Consultant shall appear and conduct proceedings under the provisions of CNSA 1997, Prevention of smuggling Act 1977, Anti Money Laundering Act 2010 or any other law for the time being enforced before Special Courts CNS, Anti-Smuggling courts, Tribunals appellant courts, high, supreme Court and any other court on behalf of ANF as and required and rendered legal opinion to the department and shall not appear as defense Counsel against ANF in any case appeal application. Eligibility Criteria. The candidate shall be person who citizen of Pakistan. Candidate shall be enrolled as an advocate High Court having valid license; however, preference will be given to advocate having 05x years of experience in practice as an advocate High Court. The candidate shall be a practicing advocate of High Court having valid license with experience in legal matters preferably dealing with CNS Act 1997, Drug Criminal Assets cases, PSA 1977, AMLA 2010 Cases and service matters. Special preference will be given to the retired judge or candidate who have served as Special Public Prosecutor Law officer Law Enforcement Agencies. The candidate must have knowledge regarding all types of drugs, narcotics, NPS, controlled illicit substances included in UN conventions ANF Schedules, and Assets and money laundering cases in view of CNSA 1997, Prevention of smuggling Act 1977 and AMLA 2010. The preference will also be given to the candidates having permanent residence and office at Karachi. Last date 30-06-2026.
