Masters degree or higher with 15 years experience. 5 years in senior leadership VC/Dean/CEO/ED or equivalent. Expertise in strategy, governance, institutional leadership & transformation 2. Project Director PD, 01 Post. Age 40-55 Years. Bachelors in Engineering/Architecture/Project Mgmt Masters preferred. 20+ years experience 10 years in large-scale projects. Expertise in project planning, procurement, finance & contract management 3. Chief Human Resources Officer CHRO, 01 Post. Age 40-55 Years. Masters in HR/Business/Admin/Org Development. 15 years experience with 5 years in senior HR leadership. Expertise in talent management, org development & change management 4. Research & Policy Analyst, 02 Posts. Age 25-40 Years. Bachelors in Economics/Policy/Business/Data Science/Engineering/SS. Masters preferred. 2+ years experience in research, data analysis, reporting & policy. Open to eligible candidates across Pakistan.
