Making available 2400 MW to national grid through 1223 MW and 1230 MW RLNG based Combined Cycle Power Plants at Balloki, District Kasur and Haveli Bahadur Shah, District Jhang. CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR THE POST OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER. Position Overview. Strategic leadership and direction in line with Company vision and goals. Proactive introduction of innovative measures. Ensuring robust governance through proactive management of stakeholder concerns. Fostering culture of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualification. Graduate degrees from HEC recognized institutes Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering Registered with PEC, CA/ACMA/ACCA or equivalent. Minimum Experience. At least 10 years of experience at senior management level in governance, business administration, finance, commerce, marketing or relevant field OR as CEO/Senior Management in similar organizations OR member of governing body of professional institute or head of department. Other Requirements. Must comply with Fit and Proper Criteria under Schedule-IV of SOEs Governance and Operations Act 2023. Strategic foresight, regulatory acumen, excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Age Maximum 58 years on closing date. Term 3 years performance-based contract, extendable.
